LegalPolicies

GENV has no published privacy policy, terms of service, acceptable use policy, cookie policy, subprocessor list or refund policy.

Nothing here is a legal agreement, because there is not one yet. A policy is a commitment about a company — who it is, where it is, which law applies, how long it keeps things — and GENV will publish these once those facts are settled.

What is true today

  • Nothing is being sold. There are no published prices, no payment is taken and no real payment gateway is connected, so there is no commercial agreement in force.
  • GENV is pre-release. No provider integration is certified against a live installation, and effecting provider actions are not routed in this build. See what GENV does.
  • This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party script — no analytics, no tag manager, no embedded video, no advertising pixel. That is checkable from this page rather than promised.
  • The application sets a session cookie when somebody signs in, because it could not keep them signed in otherwise.
  • No compliance certification is held or claimed. See security for how credentials, tenancy and audit actually work.

When this changes

These pages will appear when the facts behind them are settled: the operating company and its address, the governing law, the retention periods, the confirmed list of providers that process data, and whatever commercial terms GENV is eventually offered on. They will be published as agreements with a date on them, not as drafts.

If you need any of this settled before you would use GENV, that is a reasonable position. See contact for what is available in the meantime.
