Public betaGet started

Create an account, set up your workspace and run your business on your own records today.

What works today

  • Customers, products, orders, invoices, payments you record, subscriptions and renewals.
  • Services and domains as records, with holds and renewal dates.
  • Support with named owners, a branded customer portal, your team and their roles.
  • Migration from WHMCS or Blesta, with a preflight that changes nothing.

What is not available yet

  • Live provisioning on your own hosting panel. Every step can be rehearsed on GENV’s practice panel.
  • Online payments from your customers. Record the payments you receive elsewhere.
  • Registrar actions on real registrations.

Setting up

What the setup walks you through

The Overview lists these stages and says plainly what is done, what is yours to do and what is not available yet.

Sign-in goes through an identity provider, so it asks for whatever credential and second factor that provider uses.

  1. Add your company

Your currency, timezone and the details an invoice carries.

    Available
  2. Connect your hosting panel

Save a connection to cPanel & WHM, Plesk, Enhance and more, and check it. Enhance can read from a real panel when the operator turns it on; nothing changes an account on your server yet.

  3. Bring in your customers

Add them by hand, or import them from WHMCS or Blesta after a preflight that changes nothing.

    Available
  4. Review accounts already on your panel

Match the accounts a panel already holds to the customers they belong to.

  5. Map a product to your panel

Say which panel and package deliver each plan you sell.

  6. Online payments

Issue invoices and record the payments you receive elsewhere. Online card payments are not available yet.

  7. Order and activate a service

Place orders and follow each one to the service it opens. Activation can be rehearsed; live activation on your own panel is not available yet.
